Unless you commission me for character design/illustrating a character sheet (where mood boards and multiple item materials are used as reference), your provided reference material for your character illustration/model art must have the character clearly showing their features and specifics (i.e. character sheet/ design sheet).

For Model Art commissions, the model will be drawn part by part instead of cut and painted over, it is to make the model easier to rig and even adjust.

You consider my art style if you’re commissioning me for model art or character(s) illustrations.

Be clear with the resolution/illustration size you want.

PSD file should be ready with layers and parts properly named and separated. Additional cost will be charged if the psd file arrives in need of adjustment in preparation for rigging (price depending on complexity/layer number).

Model must be centered on the canvas, facing the front. The facial parts should be symmetrical as possible.

PSD adjustments requested during rigging phase counts as a revision with large scale changes charging additional cost (e.g. adding or replacing parts, etc.).

I use VTube Studio for testing my rigs and pair it with my pc’s Logitech C920 webcam.

Tracking results may vary when you’re using iPhone, Android, or webcam. You may have to reconfigure your model to whichever device you’re using as the files I’ll be turning over would have the settings configured to my face.

Lighting is important to have decent tracking and if you encounter software-related problems, do contact the devs.

I can also create a CFG file for expressions, motions and idle animation if you're using PrprLive.

I do original characters and designs, kemonomimi, anime-style and up to a point, furry;

I am not able to do bara or semi/fully realistic;

I am not comfortable with certain nsfw things, mention/inquire first to see if I’m able to consider your design/request.

Reserve the right to post my work in any form (for Live2D comms, if requested—after client’s debut);

Reserve the right to post commissions to my social media for advertisement and portfolio purposes with respective credits to the client and/or other artists relevant to the project;

Reserve the right to refuse a commission. Commission requests are reviewed before starting communication for the project, if it is turned down, I will not be forced to do otherwise;

Will NOT be held responsible for any misconception/misunderstanding if the client did not read my Terms of Service properly.

May make monetized content using the commissioned items to your preferred media platform(s);

Should ALWAYS credit me as the artist/rigger depending on your commission type;

Should ALWAYS credit other relevant artists/designers if your commission from me is a partial one;

May request small revisions like color changes (art/illustration) or changes to physics intensity (rig). Major revisions beyond these will incur additional cost and would only be implemented once additional payment is received;

Are NOT allowed to ask me to make a Live2D commission private AFTER your debut;

Are NOT allowed to redistribute the files I turn over for the commission, unless in documented contract;

Are NOT allowed to reuse parts for personal or commercial use;

Are NOT allowed to use the commission in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc, unless in documented contract.

Email and PayPal email should be the same, unless you specify. This is to prevent scammers who use a different email for their PayPal transactions;

There are 3-5 project slots per month (depending on item number and complexity) unless otherwise stated (in promos or emergency slot openings). Commission progress and orders are visible and updated on my Trello Commissions’ board;

Orders will not be on schedule/started working on unless paid fully/partially, as per negotiation.

Commissions are only received through the order form—this is to ensure that I have documented records of your request and your acceptance of the Terms of Service;

Once the order form is submitted, give me 1-3 days (24-72 hours) to allow me to review and respond to the request.

Revisions during commission progress are allowed with small changes free and large ones incurring additional cost—so be sure to catch all needed changes the first time. Any revision after completion is allowed up to 3 times, with the same scale rules. Any revision beyond the given 3 times will incur additional cost as well, regardless of scale.

Currency is in USD (PHP if using GCash);

Payment is via PayPal invoice (or GCash if you're in the PH area);

Commissions must be paid in FULL before I start working on them;

Payment plans can be arranged for commissions with multiple phases, but will involve more agreements in writing to ensure both artist and client accountability;

Do not send the payment before I contact you and request for it (i.e. send the PayPal invoice);

I will only refund if I haven’t started on the project yet. If I’ve already started on the project, I will NOT refund the payment anymore—please, please, be 100% sure before placing an order to avoid the hassle;

Refunds are NOT available once the commission is completed;

Regarding chargebacks: By agreeing to this TOS, you are giving your word to not file a chargeback of any form. If you file a chargeback against me, you lose all rights as the commissioner for all items I’ve made for you. You will be added to my blacklist and I will never accept any commission/communication requests from you. Additionally, other artists and riggers would be notified of your misdemeanors.

My normal commission speed for one 'large' item is 2-6 weeks with extensions depending on the commission item’s complexity. It's usually 1-2 weeks for smaller/simpler item sets or illustrations.

Regarding Rush or Promo Slots: Sometimes, I myself will set a shorter deadline for promotional or emergency opened slots and those will follow the specified time frame, but only when stated as such. Otherwise, Rush Orders will incur an additional cost of 15% the total value of the item/s needing completion.

If you have specific deadlines for your commission items, they MUST be stated BEFORE the commission is started. Any deadlines imposed AFTER agreement and start of work will NOT be honored;

Please do not rush me, which will only result in an unsatisfactory product;

If you have close/short deadlines for 'large' items, inquire first to see if I am able to meet your requirements;

I will try my best to inform you if there is any delay in completion. I usually periodically update clients on progress privately.

Please be nice and polite to me in our interactions. I strive to be polite in my commission communications as much as possible. Any disrespectful manner/speech will get you blacklisted;

For the duration of our transaction, you have agreed and should always mind the content of this Terms of Service;

If you plan to watch me stream or view the video on my channels, kindly adhere to chat/comment section rules. Failure to do so will incur the corresponding response as any other viewer;

I have the right to decline commission and/or communication with blacklisted individuals.
